As much as making eye contact makes communication simple, it has to follow the right body language so as not to create unnecessary tension that defect the purpose of communication.

The tone of voice is equally very important and it does predicts weather communication is simple or ambiguous.

Language use in marital relationship must be free of jargon, technical terms, and be uncomplicated rather it must be simple and clear. Likewise language-use must align with the personality of both the sender and the receiver.

The quality of feedback gotten in the process of communication depends on how well the information or message been passed is well understood. For this reason, the message to be passed to your spouse has to be passed with all simplicity.

Effective communication is one of the keys to marital bliss; hence, you have to be deliberate with the process so as to get your desired result and maximize the information you get from your spouse for the growth of your marital relationship.
