For the past few days, I have been teaching on some noble characters of teachers that parents can imbibe so as to be effective in their parenting tasks and calling as they should, and it was said yesterday that instruction is one major tool of guidance and an instructor is a lifesaver; hence, you have to be generous with your instructions as a parent.
Likewise, monitoring is another tool of guidance. As a parent, you have a supervisory role to play over the destiny of your child, and as a supervisor, you will have to be watchful. You have to be deliberate in putting a structure in place that monitors and supervises your child’s activities even when you are not proximal to them.
