Yesterday, interpersonal effectiveness was said to be the skill needed to get people to respect our needs and our requests promptly. In making interpersonal effectiveness a reality, it was further said that the use of magic words has to be employed and used consistently to get people to be committed to our goals or desires per time.
Everyone wants to be treated well and feel convinced rather than being coarse, mostly in marital relationships. You and your partners are co-heirs with Christ and are therefore expected to be submitted to one another. The use of ‘please’ with the right voice tone could make any request stronger and compel people to give a favorable feedback, hence doing the magic of increasing commitment and enhancing a strong bond in interpersonal relationships, thereby boosting the self-confidence and the self-perception of the people involved.
