Statements such as “I am not good enough, I am a fool, I am used, I am worthless or have no value, no one loves me, nobody can love me well, I’m stupid, I’m inferior, I cannot lead well, I cannot do a thing well, I am not accepted, I am less productive, I look like an animal, I am problematic or cause people trouble, I’m not looking good” are usually examples or illustrations of negative self-talk, and these are constantly not far-fetched from the statements or declarations that victims of negative self-perception employ in introducing themselves to the world around them.
