Free to love again was a continuation of last month’s discussion on loving beyond your past. It is important to know that loving yourself, loving your God and loving beyond your past experiences is key to being free to love again.
It was an interactive session as participant further learnt that every individual is unique and must be treated as such, rather than viewing our current partner or experience through the lens of the past partner or experience.
