It is important to put structures that will monitor your children's activities, so as to ensure that no vices take advantage of your absence as a busy father or mother to thrive in and around your children.

Children do better with guidance, and one of the major tools needed for guidance is instruction. When you hold back instructions from your children, they find the decision making process difficult and are more likely to act based on their impulses and the dictates of their social influences rather than following critical thinking.

Teachers are intentional people; they structure out the exact knowledge they want to pass across, systematically pass the knowledge, and patiently repeat the process when need be until a lesson is learnt.

Don't engage in habits you don't want your children to imbibe or indulge in.
