Sure Hope Counseling Clinic in Conjunction with Hope for Pre-teens, Teens, Youths and the Vulnerable Ones Initiative presented Health Talk at Progressive Barbers Association, 28th March, 2023.
It was an insightful session on the subject of DEPRESSION delivered by the lead consultant at Sure Hope Counseling Clinic. The lead consultant, amongst many things said, emphasized on the need to practice sleep hygiene as it helps to stabilize the participants mentally.
The participants questions were attended to after the session and they were all refreshed.
