In the last teaching I said, prejudice is the act of disliking an ideal without a good reason. Another word for prejudice is bias, once you have a bias mind about an opinion or an idea that your partner is bringing to your hearing if care is not taken, listening cannot be enhanced or maximized at such a time. More reason it is important to have an understanding of how prejudice can be removed in dealing with your spouse and in communicating and listening to him or her effectively.
The two major ways of handling prejudice is
- Taking to empathy
- Perspective-talking
Each of these shall be discussed expressly starting from next teaching by God’s grace.
