The school authority and the parents were excited at the topic of discussion as conflict in the home has a relationship with work and the children at home.
At the PTA meeting yesterday, parents were enlightened on the fact that conflict is inevitable and neutral (neither positive nor negative). Hence, the management of conflicts is what determines the outcome; if it will affect the children positively or negatively.
It was an engaging and practical session where parents learnt the type, causes, effects and how conflicts can be managed within a home.
