Another element of prejudice is called in-group prejudice. That is a form of presumption that a particular group you are in is better than others.
For instance, I am better raised than my spouse siblings, all men are wicked, all ladies most especially female corpers are promiscuous, all nurse and doctors do engage in infidelity, all bankers are thieves, male lecturers and teachers are pedophile and more.
You have to learn on how to deal or relate with your marital partner as an individual and not judge him or her base on his association, career choice and relatives. Give him or her benefit of doubt except proven not worthy of your trust.
